• All products purchased by the customer cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled
• Certificate of the products purchased are available upon request (Please note that all product are certified by Duang Kaew Jewelry only)
• All products will be shipped after the confirmation of the payment and will approximately take 3 to 7 days for domestic delivery and 7 to 15 days for international delivery (However, this might not be absolute as it depend on the situation and destination of the delivery)
• In case of defective product, the customer can return the exact product for the new one ONLY if the return is within 24 hours since the receipt of the product and all sale tags is still attached in a complete condition
